CANCELLATION POLICY

Golden Era requires a credit card to reserve your appointment. We understand busy schedules and different circumstances can not be avoided so we are happy to cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice or more. If any cancellation is not made with at least 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service fee. Missed appointments are subject to charge in the full amount. Longer appointments (extensions, color corrections, etc) may require a nonrefundable deposit of $50+ to secure your appointment time. This deposit will be applied toward your total on the day of your service.
